Serengeti Pristine Safari – Terms & Conditions

At Serengeti Pristine Safari, we recognize the importance of having clearly defined Terms & Conditions to protect the interests of both our company and our valued clients. These guidelines form the legal foundation of our services, outlining mutual expectations, payment policies, cancellation procedures, partnership standards, and privacy commitments. Transparent communication of these terms enhances trust, minimizes misunderstandings, and ensures a seamless experience for all travelers.

1. Payments & Bookings

Deposit & Payment Policy

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Payment can be made in cash or via credit card/PayPal, with the latter incurring processing fees of 5–8%, payable by the client.

Booking Confirmation

  • Reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. A confirmation email will be issued upon successful processing.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal for all transactions.


2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Client

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of departure: 100% cancellation fee applies.

  • Cancellations made between 3–7 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made between 7–21 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations 21 days or more before the trip: No cancellation fee, provided cancellation is submitted via our official email: info@serengetipristinesafari.com.

  • No-shows (including late arrivals after the scheduled meeting time) will be charged 100%.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your trip, a full refund will be provided or a suitable alternative option will be offered.


3. Travel Insurance

Mandatory Coverage

  • All travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and baggage protection.

Recommended Providers

  • Guests are welcome to choose their preferred insurance provider. We suggest World Nomads Travel Insurance for its wide coverage in unforeseen events.


4. Privacy & Data Protection

Client Data Usage

  • Serengeti Pristine Safari is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Personal details are collected solely for booking purposes and will not be shared without consent.

Secure Transactions

  • All financial transactions are conducted via secure and encrypted payment platforms to ensure maximum data protection.


5. Partner Affiliations

Collaborative Partnerships

  • We work closely with reputable airlines, accommodations, and tour operators to deliver a seamless travel experience. Commission structures with partners are governed by individual agreements.

Third-Party Liability

  • While we aim to uphold the highest standards, Serengeti Pristine Safari is not liable for acts or omissions by our partners. However, we actively monitor all affiliates to ensure service excellence.


6. General Terms

Website Modifications & Errors

  • Our website content may be updated without prior notice. Any clerical errors or inaccuracies discovered post-publication will be corrected as soon as possible. Clients are encouraged to regularly review terms.

Service Limitations (Shortcomings)

  • Minor delays, weather disruptions, or wildlife non-sightings (as animals in the wild are not guaranteed) are not considered shortcomings.

  • Our team makes every effort to provide a reliable and enjoyable safari, and any genuine issues brought to our attention promptly will be addressed.

Right to Cancel

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be issued according to the applicable cancellation policy.


7. Questions & Complaints

Before Departure

During Travel

  • In case of dissatisfaction with a service (e.g., hotel/lodge issues), kindly notify the supplier immediately and obtain a written report or acknowledgment before check-out.

After Travel

  • For any complaints or feedback after your safari, please contact us at info@serengetipristinesafari.com within 30 days of your return, quoting your booking reference number and attaching any supporting documentation.


8. Accommodation Policy

  • If your selected accommodation is fully booked, Serengeti Pristine Safari will offer a comparable alternative of similar standard and quality.
